Gregs Club came from behind to trounce  Rangers Club by 79-77 points in the hard contested match of the Unimed and Unihealth Premier Division Basketball League at Dhanmondi Woodenfloor Basketball Gymnasium in the capital yesterday.
Rangers Club led the first half 40-36. Oliver made the highest scores of 25, while Shuvo struck 20 points for Gregs Club. Linkon of Rangers slammed 26 points.
In day’s other matches, Gregarious Club overwhelmed Hornets Club by 107-64 points and Eagles Clubs thrashed Old DOHS by 52-42 points.
Gregarious were ahead of 62-34 points in the first half. Mithun scored 36 and Ibrahim bagged 22 points for the winners. Mehedi of Hornets captured 27 points.
Shahin and Nita of Eagles Club smashed the identical 20 points each. Shafiul of Old DOHS made 14 points.
