The first CD album titled ‘Ma’ of ‘Poraner Bandhob Re, Buri Hoilam Tor Karone...’-famed veteran singer Kangalini Sufia has been released last Thursday. Singer Anusheh Anadil’s organisation Jatra has released the album. Kangalini Sufia said about the album, “I was sick for a long time. I didn’t think that I would sing again. It has become possible only for my beloved Anusheh. I had a regret in my life for not having any album in CD. She washed away my grief. Though I sang with Pantha Kanai for a CD before, this is my first solo CD album.”
Kangalini Sufia’s album ‘Ma’ consists of 11 songs; there are songs of Lalon and Bijoy Sarker besides her Baul songs in the album. The price of the album is Tk 200 and can be purchased from the office of Jatra. Also, the purchase of the album is available online at www.kangalinisufia.com.
