Newly elected Member of Parliament from Moulvibazar-3 constituency Syeda Saira Mohsin was sworn in yesterday, reports UNB. Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury administered the oath to the Awami League MP at a simple ceremony at her office, said a Parliament Secretariat press release. Syeda Saira Mohsin, wife of late Social Welfare Minister Syed Mohsin Ali, was elected uncontested on November 22 in the by-election to Moulvibazar-3 constituency that fell vacant following the death of her husband.
