Kalidhaho bridge inaugurated

A newly constructed 70-metre long and 5-metre wide bridge on Kalidhaho River in Debiganj upazila was inaugurated on Monday afternoon.
Panchagarh MP Advocate Nurul Islam Sujon formally opened the bridge for traffic by cutting ribbon as chief guest.
A discussion meeting was held on the occasion at the premises of Chouradangi High School and addressed by the parliament member from Panchagarh-2 cons-tituency.
The MP said the construction of Kalidhaho bridge was a long felt demand of the people of Tapriganj and Shaldanga unions and fulfilled by the Awami League government.
Local Government Enginee-ring Department (LGED) implemented the construction work at a cost of Tk 2.25 crores.
