Amari offers Thali and BBQ buffet

Amari Dhaka, one of the most exclusive elegant hotels in the country, has introduced two new gourmets in their daily delicacies in their Amaya, Amari’s signature all day dining buffet restaurant and Cascade Lobby Lounge. Amari Dhaka has initiated to introduce Thali, the South Indian legendary dish. Diners can enjoy two different Thalis like- vegetable and non-veg both at Amaya and Cascade.  Thali vegetarian includes steam basmati rice, pappadam, dal, vegetables, roti, papad, curd (yoghurt), vegetable bhuna, palak paneer, bengan bharta, raita, local sweet dish to top it off. Rice, Nan or chapati is the usual main dish which occupies the central portion of the Thali, while the side dishes like vegetable curries and other aforementioned delicacies are lined circularly along the round Thali. Thali non-veg includes chicken biryani, pappadam, dal, aloo gobi, mutton rogan josh, fish masala, raita, local sweet, and naan or chapatti as a main course.
From this September, Amari’s signature all day dining restaurant Amaya will offer varieties of BBQ items with its regular buffet at BDT 2500++ for dinner only. BBQ items includes Herb Marinated lamb Chops, Lamb kofta, Chili & Lime Chicken Skewers, Grilled Marinated Chicken Thigh, Chicken satay, Seafood Skewers, Grilled Crab, Thai marinated fish, Marinated calamari, Vegetable Skewers, Potato wedges, With Choice of Sauces and Condiments, BBQ Sauce, Black pepper Sauce, Lemon Wedges, and Mushroom Sauce, dijon mustard and many more exciting items.
