Veteran artistes Dilara Zaman, Abul Hayat, Mamunur Rashid and Shahiduzzaman Selim are set to rock with stage performance in their old age. The audience can enjoy their performance in the Eid special telefilm titled ‘Abar Elo Je Shondha’ today at 4:30pm on Channel i.

Scripted by Masum Shahriar and directed by Abu Hayat Mahmud, the artistes are going to appear as the elderly band members, who reunite their broken band ‘Little Dot’ after so many years and ready to stun once again.

The story of the telefilm begins with Shahiduzzaman Selim’s character Ranjan, youngest band member of ‘Little Dot’, feels lonely at his sixties. He begins to search for his band members and friends who were lost in time. At one point of search, Ranjan finds Laila, portrayed by Dilara Zaman, who motivates him to start the band once again. Motivated Ranjan finds out two other members of the band and resumes their band journey by uploading one of their songs on YouTube. The song goes viral instantly because of its uniqueness.

Having proved age does not matter, the audiences right away love their performance and they become popular with their songs.

After gaining popularity, the band gets invited to perform live on television and consequently, they find one of their band members who is fighting for his life lying on a bed at a hospital.

With such a story of sorrow and happiness, the story takes a new turn bringing them all on a flashback to 40 years ago which depicts why the band breaks out and what happens at their early age.

In the telefilm ‘Abar Elo Je Shondha’, the young versions of the characters have been portrayed by Safa Kabir, Mishu Sabbir, Sujat Shimul and Ahmed Sujon.
